Service Description

The strength training portion of this class will focus on core work, which is so foundational to the rest of your strength training!! But, this class is more than sit-ups and planks. We will move you through dynamic core work, as well as full body flexibility. Suitable for all levels!!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please do so with at least 12 hours notice, and we can reschedule. Anything less, there will be no refund or “make-up” for the missed session.
