Service Description
Grab your dumbbells for a fun, 30 minute strength training routine. This class uses music (mostly contemporary, variety including pop, hip hop, and rock) to coordinate our workout, but no actual rhythm or dance ability required :-)
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please do so with at least 12 hours notice, and we can reschedule. Anything less, there will be no refund or “make-up” for the missed session.
