Move & Learn
The “Bootcamp” focuses on the movement foundations: resistance training (weights, resistance bands, bodyweight), balance and flexibility, and plyometrics (jumping!). These movements are essential to feeling good through menopause and late into life! Each week Dr. Sarah will lead an interval workout, and will guide participants on proper form, breathing, and techniques.
