Service Description
This 50 minute class takes strength training and adds dynamic movements to improve functional fitness. Workouts are set to an energizing playlist. This is a "cardio barbell" class (similar to Les Mills), so you'll need a cardio barbell set at home (if you google "cardio barbell" you'll find lots of reasonably priced online). You should also have a stepper (or really any step in your home) nearby. Note: This can also be done with dumbbells!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please do so with at least 12 hours notice, and we can reschedule. Anything less, there will be no refund or “make-up” for the missed session.
